Great food , service too notch.
I would give it about 2 1/2 stars. The food was alright. The veggies weren't flavorful, the prime rib was flat and not the best prime rib I've ever had. My chicken noodle soup had no chicken in it. The salad had the tiny baby corn on it and they were not good. The salad also had beats on it, not a fan. Over all the food wasnt great but the staff was kind and friendly. It was also clean which is always a must. With that, we won't be going back.
Food was ok, service was good. Average diner plus my friend felt sick after and threw up...Not sure if the two are related but that's what happened that day 🤔
This place is amazing, food is great and the service is as well! Def coming here and highly recommend this place.
Really inconsistent quality, it was either over or under cooked.
Great staff and good old fashioned comfort food. Coffee never ran out and breakfast was awesome. Looking forward to dining here again.
The food is great seating is slow
Meh. Ok. Service was amazing ! Food not so much.
Good food, friendly staff we will definitely be going back 😀
Wait was lengthy but the food was very good. Meat was fresh and freshly cooked. Service was great!
Food is absolutely gross, took over 10 minutes for waitress to even take our drink order- better off going to McDonald’s - we won’t be back
If you love small town diners with great food, this is the place you're looking for. Their breakfast options are all delicious. Thick cut bacon, the french toast has the perfect carmelized crunch, and all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for?
Great atmosphere.. Lovely staff.. I've tried many items on their menu and it's all so far so good. And the prices are pretty decent for the quality.
What a great family restaurant. I get tired of chain restaurants and this was an amazing find. Absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was excellent. And the Pinto Bean Pie was the perfect way to end our meal, seriously so good! We will be back for sure
Really good food, and very friendly staff.
Made a pretty big mistake but they were really nice and fixed it. They seem very kind times are hard right now so I understand. We will give them another shot once things calm down.
My fiancee & I came in & ate a late breakfast last Sunday. The food was great. I had the Country Fried Steak, Homestyle Potatoes, & Pancakes. My fiancee had a Scone (it was cooked just right) and the sausage & eggs meal. Everything tasted great. The waitress was young, but very personable. We talked to the teenage boy that was bussing tables, and he was very nice. You can tell that they are still getting settled in and ironing out the kinks of their new business. We will definitely be back, and hope to see more support for a new local business that is not part of a big national chain. Remember to support the local smaller businesses - they are a vital part of our local community.
We like to come here for weekend breakfasts. The food is delicious and has large servings. We love the French toast breakfast and the southwest scramble. The waitresses are awesome and anticipate your needs before you ask.
Food is okay, nothing special. Service is really good, or was until I got my check and it took nearly 15 minutes to pay without getting up and asking.Water tasted dusty and kinda gross. When I got my food (french toast and eggs/bacon/potatoes) I noticed a few things.Nothing was seasoned, no salt and no spices of any kind (not bad for people that like it without seasonings) no syrup for my French toast, and no butter for my mashed potatoes (not even mashed just squished a little bit and in big chunks)The staff was really nice and even walked out some of the older gentleman that were there by themselves. which did make me happy.
This was so bad....the big breakfast was 9.99 and worth maybe 5. The bacon was burned, the eggs didn't have any salt or pepper, the pancakes had no butter, and the "best" part was the slice of cheese stuck the a few hash browns. We also ordered a chicken fried steak or country fried steak, yes they are both on the menu, and it had more unseasoned egg batter than steak, it had no gravy either. There were "garden vegetables"...peas and carrots from a can and a small side of runny mashed potatoes with a white country gravy. The only amazing part wast the hostess who was so kind and helpful. That girl deserves a raise. She even had to bring our butter for the pancakes because we didn't see our waitress until she ask if we were finished. Please save your money and go anywhere else.
I had friends come in from another state and this was a convenient place to meet. Clean, quiet so we could visit, our server was wonderful! Overall, we had a very nice meal and a pleasant visit!
It was closed for a while and the updates and the cleanliness is a nice change. Food and service has a home town relaxed feel. Favorite place to go with the family so everyone can order whatever they're in the mood for. Nice change from the chain restaurants that can get old and boring.
Very good food
Restaurant was dirty, tables covered in dirty dishes, couldn’t get food ordered correct. Waitress was useless. Told her we didn’t want the wrong food and she said oh I’ll give you a discount. Won’t go back again
Wow! Talk about slow service! They waiting for the chickens to hatch and the cows to stop moooooing! Go somewhere else because the food wasn't that good to warrant a wait of 45 mins.
Sunglow is Amber's Family restaurant as it used to be in all the right ways. The food is as good as ever & the service is great. This spot is perfect for those who want to enjoy country comfort food.
So cute there apple pie is the best. The best. The outside sprinklers smell gross but inside is darling and waitresses so nice
I had heard their Eggs Benedict were incredible, and I can 100% say with confidence that they will be the best of your life. Their pickle pie was featured on The Food Network and it's oddly delicious. I'm not a pickle guy but it's sweet and tangy, would highly recommend.
Reuben sandwich, delicious! Attentive and prompt service.
The place was clean and service was great. The French dip sandwich was good but a bit bland. Not much flavor in the meat or even au jus. I was told that their breakfast selection are really good, so I'll try it again with breakfast.
I had high hopes of this place being a half decent breakfast place, it was poor at best. I had the biscuits and gravy, bad choice. My food was served cold, the gravy didn’t taste good at all and the biscuits were stale. The bacon was okay. The waitress forgot about part of our order. Overall this place was a big let down and we left feeling like we spent a good chunk of change on pretty awful food.
Best diner experience I've ever had. The food is the best comfort food. Feels and tastes like it was made fresh and with love. Such a beautiful experience, and the prices are amazing. A lot of food for a good price. Much better than the old place in this location.
Sunglow is such good food for the money it's so worth it!! Its not too loud or rowdy and it's a nice place to eat good home cooking with such good service and people who get to know you. Very sweet manager, cooks, servers, and other employees!! Love this place so much!! Plus they are so covid friendly.
We ordered for pickup through GrubHub, but our order changed twice, I think GrubHub was the one at fault here though. I had to wait a few minutes when I got there at pickup time, so she gave us 2 free slices of oatmeal pie. My husband didn't like the texture, but he's not a fan of oatmeal to begin with. I thought the pie was great. Such tender, flaky crust! We got a Reuben sandwich and the West Coast burger, we were both pleased with our choices. The burger had a thick slice of bacon cooked perfectly, and plenty of avocado. The regular fries were a bit dry and could have used more seasoning. We liked the garlic fries, though. We will be coming back.
A hometown cafe atmosphere with good comfort food and plenty of it.
Unfortunately, a terrible experience. We waited over 20 minutes after being seated for a server to take our drink order. It took an additional 10 minutes to get our meal order in. Then about 40 more minutes to get our food. Over an hour in the restaurant before we had our food. Meanwhile, other tables, which came in after us, were served. Half the orders were incorrect. One of the meals was inedible. We figured out the poor service was due to a new server assigned to our table, and not being properly trained. The supervisor she had, who should have helped her out, was of no help, and seemed to be creating more problems for the wait staff. To top it all off, my meal made me sick. I suggest the owners get in there and clean it up before they go out of business.
I did not go here but my mom took my kids here and they freaking suck. The employees took forever to give my mom clean towels to wipe a spill took forever to bring there food. She said the only thing good there was the bacon. If your going to work at a restaurant you need to help your customers and not make them wait. Most important you don't be disrespectful.
Very nice place with good food and nice service! Friendly staff!
Good food, great service and terrific fries.
Last 3 orders there were missing something or wrong. This last time took over a half hour waiting inside (on top of waiting 20 minutes and driving 20+ after ordering). Had the gal on the phone read the order back to us because we have had issues here over and over. Had to just leave without getting money back for pies they didn't have because my wife had an appointment. Got home and only 1 out of 4 meals were right. Called and asked to get our money back (something we never do) and the manager wanted me to drive the food back and bring it in for a refund. Driving back round trip with taking it in is another hour. The customer service at this place is horrible. There was only two cars in the parking lot when we pulled in and two other door dash customers walked out on them while I was waiting. Save yourself the trouble, not worth the disappointment or hassle.
It's where old people go to get good grub. I am happy to join them
We really enjoy this place. The green chili Navajo taco Especially good.
Plentiful portions. But it wasn't busy and our food was served cold.
It's pretty sad to see your open and get there to be closed. Update your google online. Second time now I've come to this restaurant both times being closed when I arrived. Waste of my driving. Not sure if I want to waste my time again even if they are open.
I decided to give this restaurant another chance since changing to Sunglow. I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast is fantastic. Prices are good. Glad to have a nice Sunday breakfast location in Spanish Fork.
Well prepared home cooking. Good variety. Friendly, attentive service. Very home town vibe.
Love this little place, great food and great pie selections.
Place is amazing staff is very friendly and efficient! Definitely take pancakes over toast, they are perfect and get the coffee!
Had heard good things about this restaurant but it was a total disappointment. Staff was okay not the best need to work more on customer service. food was horrible And also my meal was wrong. If I could give 0 starts It won’t allow it.
Food was awful. Very disappointed. Ordered the club, they used cheap lunch meat and cheese, soggy shredded lettuce, fries were warm but tasted old. This was my first visit and it will be last visit.
